Where does it
come from?
Our carefully selected cocoa beans go through a low-roast process (lightly roasted) before being peeled and ground. This ensures a product that retains the qualities of cocoa as a source of antioxidants, a stress reducer, and a well-being booster.
How is it made?
Through selected Forasteiro beans, controlled-temperature and time roasting of the cocoa beans, controlled fermentation, sun drying to achieve the ideal moisture level, and specific management practices that help preserve the Atlantic Forest, we obtain a gourmet product that values quality and exceptional flavor.
