Exchanges & Returns
7.1. Eligibility
Requests for exchanges or returns must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days after the delivery date. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
7.2. Process
To request an exchange or return, the customer must email orders@blueforestcocoa.com with the order number and reason for return. Upon approval, return instructions will be provided.
7.3. Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
7.4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
